Low-Carbon Africa: Leapfrogging to a Green Future, the Case of Rwanda
Funded by the Christian Aid, UK, Professor Okereke led a small team that assessed Rwandan effort to develop and implement a national green growth agenda. The project included an analysis of specific green growth initiatives, options for building institutional capacity and ways for increasing access to finance for implementing clean development in Rwanda.
